Load project without plugins?

I have a project which won't load because of a misbehaving plugin. Is it possible to load a project without loading it's plugins, so that I can get rid of the offender?

    Advice:
    - Open empty Sonar
    - Press and hold the Shift
    - From the menu, select File and Open
    - Select your file and open it
    - Will appear and you can choose which plug-ins to reject
