Bus Freeze

I know you can have a waveform preview within a bus but I dont think this this can be frozen as you can with an individual MIDI track. Could there be a facility to have a freeze option on a bus?

Not as such, you could use an AUX track, as a bus, then record in to it.

Although there are ways to get those bus waveforms, I like the idea of a "freeze busses" option as a quick and intuitive way to generate them. I suspect it might not be as simple as that but maybe some compromise of a feature would still be useful

yes, it would be a workflow improvement..but I can live with it for now as I didn't realize about the aux track route.. I often freeze my vst tracks to do some creative work to the audio... a quick freeze of buses would be great to then manipulate the audio in which ever way I wanated

Bounce to track with Source = Buses, and select just the one bus you want. This gives you the speed of freezing as opposed to doing a real-time recording to an Aux track.
