Looking to finally get the update out for Music Messe.  New interface,
new midi features, new grooves, new kits, new expansion packs.

Cheers,

Steven

If more than two years is not too long ago, then ya.

Oh boy another way to spend more money.

I dunno, I'm not against Slate's SSD 4 interface as it it.

SSD4 is quite good but there are tweaks and some cleanup things that could be better, I hope that's what SSD5 really hits on.

With all that ToonTracks has done since SSD4 was released there is so much that Steven & crew can do for SSD5.  I don't own any of the SSD4 addon packs at all.

I'm looking forward to reading the new specs, and if there will be a upgrade path.

    I hear you MC.

Personally, I do not want all my drumplers to be the same. Keeps me on my toes.

I do have all the current SSD4 add on packs (as well as the Trigger versions too). They all be nice.

I think XLN wasn't as well known when SSD4 came out.  I think there was only one update to SSD4.  It sits on my hard drive even though I like the black kit.

Well, I've owned Addictive since 2010 and was prompted to buy it by many a good review here.

I had/have the Kontakt version of Slate. I bought SSD4 when it came out.

I like all my drumplers. Truth be told the ones that get less play are Abbey Road (in K10U) and Jamstix (I still cannot get my head around getting a good drum track out of that bad boy, others swear by it).

Looking forward to see what SSD5 is.
