Tascam DP24 & SONAR

I have a DP-24.
Is there any possibility of upgraded firmware for this to couple this to SONAR as MIDI controller with faders [of course not motorized] and other controls?
 
I was about to sell that one before I just have come to know Gibson also owns Tascam [TEAC?]
