Session Drummer 3 query

I'm new to Sonar Artist (but not to Sonar). It comes with SI Drummer and Session Drummer 3. I can't seem to find patterns in 3 or 6 or 12. Everything seems geared to straight ahead 4/4 rock. unless, of course I'm missing something. i typically use Jammer for drums, and found plenty of patterns to fit, but everything is straight time, no swing feel. And I lack the patience for Piano
Roll composing, I've beaten my head against that method before. This is a small problem but maybe someone has some ideas. I appreciate the help.

Have you tried the Step Sequencer ? It's easy to setup the Beats as other time signatures and the Steps as straight or tuplet. You do have to enter the beats manually. As I normally program beats from scratch, I've do not know of other short cuts.

Albert I haven't tried that yet, but it's worth a twirl.  It can be that hard to generate a basic pattern in 3, copy and paste

You can also import midi drum files easily by dragging the midi file into the Session Drummer midi track.

The following are midi notes Session Drummer responds to :-

*based on Platinum Samples library. The default Session Drummer kits may have less notes.

    Crash2 - 52, 54, 55
    Ride/Bell - 53
    Ride/Bow - 51,59
    Crash1 - 49,57
    Flr.Tom - 41,43
    Mid.Tom - 45,47
    Hi.Tom - 48,50
    Hat.Pedal - 44
    Hat.Open - 46
    Hat.Half - 26
    Hat.Quarter - 22
    Snare.Rimshot - 40
    Snare.Drag - 39
    Snare.Hit - 38
    Sidestick - 37
    Bass Kick - 35, 36

As it turns out, Jammer has added a bunch of Band Styles in 3, so that worked out after all, imported into SD3. I still wish they had a latin percussion kit, but you can't have everything
