Some Rapture Pro Libraries failing in Command Centre

Previously I had only installed a handful of Rapture Pro Libraries, no problem. Tried installing everything last not, but woke to see it had failed. Trying one by one, in a random order, it was working. Until I got to Orchestral Volume 6. So I tried a few more times, then tried the legacy stuff, again failing. It goes through the validation process and seems to fail at that point. I tried some of the options down the list, such as Synths and that's working fine. So its not all flies, but when it doesn't work it doesn't work repeatidly

I'm wondering if an re-install of Rapture Pro is needed. If so it would be better stop further downloads and start that sooner rather than later.

Any ideas?

    Error message I receive is
    "your installation of ...................... did not complete."
    for ;
    Legacy content Vols. 1,2 and 3, Analog content Vol 4, Orchestra content pack Vol 6, and World FX content pack Vol 9.

    All the others installed fine

    Have you tried temporarily disabling your antivirus software during Rapture Pro install?

    Thanks for the suggestion. I don't have an antivirus on my music laptop.

    I went through the libraries yesterday, in the end I came to the conclusion that the SFZ files were more useful to me than the program files and that 95% wasn't of interest to me.

    I may just download this stuff directly from the cake shop site, and and install separately so I can analyse without it all getting mixed together

    OK so I'm a little scuffled here. When I check 'My Account' and click on Rapture Pro, the downloads don't include the Legacy packs or the others that haven't installed through command centre. I thought maybe they were originally part of rapture, or Dimensions Pro, So I click in Rapture 1.22, Dimension Pro 1.5 and Dimension Pro, but get the message "The Internet is Broken. Well at least our little corner is". Are these 2 problems connected?

    Can anyone confirm where under 'My Products" I should be looking?
