SB trivia

Before church I thought I would throw this out  By the way, I have spent every spare hour the last 6 days upgrading to platinum and digging and digging into Addictive Drums and building percussion tracks.  Question- since is this the last day to tailgate and since I have a newb, the idea dawned on me last night as I lay down still thinking about the studio learning- where are situations where you would use a GATED TAIL?

I don't understand anything about this post, neither the title, nor the content.

    It should start with 'Hi'.

    Hi, (see I am learning)
I just thought since we are done tailgating (football) today and I am learning what a tail (reverb?) is and a gate is where would you use a gate on a tail of a reverb or anything else.  I know that when I get to reverb work I will understand but now I don't.  I just know that I really enjoy taking all this music and putting it down.  It is a really good way to use all your spare brain cells for sure!
