Forum related (web) bug report

I can't attach images from my home PC. Clicking on the "Attach Images" icon brings up a two-tabbed window, of which the first tab (Image URL) contains a prompt for an Image URL, but the second tab (From Gallery / Upload) prompts the user to "Select from an option below," below which there is nothing.

    You can only include a web link to a picture in your messages.  So the picture must reside on some internet server such as photobucket.com or your website if you have one.  You then click the "Insert/Edit Image" button, enter the link to your picture, and it will appear in your message.
