Question about Win 10, audio interfaces I have and comparing?

edit: whoops, info is no longer in my signature-I will change that, but for now.. Ivy Bridge I7 3770\Asus P8Z77 V-Le Plus\32GB Corsair ram-the better one\3 hard drivers\SSD for OS and Sonar Plat. Still have sonar X2&3 installed\Nvidea  Geforce GTX 650 ti Boost 2GB.

Not a very definitive title, sorry about that. 
So I have a fairly hi end  home built PC-My specs are below in signature. Here is my question:
 
I want to test\compare my Echo layla 3G which I use always on my desktop with my Roland octa-capture that I use on my laptop.
reasons have to do with upgrading to Win 10x64-echo Layla 3G and going forward-pci slot needed. I do buy asus boards always, they work for me. They have newer models with a PCI slot but still....
Anyway, I know I cannot really use 2 cards w\o workarounds so will I need to disable one in Devfmgr as I test the other and visa versa or will just disabling (unchecking in Sonar prefs enough to do my test of each. I want to compare Recording and playback.
I did search the Echo card on here but nothing came up except an older post about echo 2496.
The Echo layla 3G has been rock solid for me from xp to Win 8.1, always x64. well hope that's clear enough folks-I try.

     You should have no issue with the Echo.  If it worked with 8.1 no doubt it will work with 10.
