please help...S Plat wont start..says DSDConvert.dll is missing

have tried to download new updates now S Plat will not open its saying DSD convert.ll is missing from your computer

    Hi. Maybe you have a corrupt download?
    Did you use CCC (Cakewalk Command Center) to download and install the new updates? If so , you could try to do a rollback, and update again (right click on SONAR in CCC, and choose rollback). Or delete the latest download (defaults to C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads) and try the update again
    If downloaded from your account at cakewalk.com, you could try deleting the download from your download folder, download and install again. Hope it helps.

    thanx zarg how do i rollback? its also telling me to reinstall the program any ideas how i would do that

    Did you use Cakewalk Command Center to install SONAR (if not, you should try)? If you did, open it. Left click on SONAR (to make sure it is checked). Then right click, and choose rollback (Lexington, Kingston etc will appear). This only takes a few minutes.
    If you downloaded from your account at cakewalk.com. You could try to open the Control Panel, uninstall programs and select SONAR, uninstall/repair. Try repair first. If still no luck, uninstall SONAR, delete the download, and download again. Hope it helps.
