I had just read the thread in the SONAR forum about the poor guy whose neighbors threatened to trash his studio because he annoyed them late at night, when I came across this possible solution (jump to 00:45):

Only it is not a joke. South Korea really does this silly audio attack, and there is very little that can be said that will make that more of a joke than it is already. Apparently they think that telling all the North Koreans that live within six miles of the heavily fortified border that they are living in a dictatorship will cause a successful revolution. Or maybe it will just keep them awake. Still waiting to see the North Korean equivalent of banging on the walls. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-35278451

So...forced to choose, would Bart pick North Korea or South to live in and side with?
I'm guessing he wouldn't want to give up TV and all the shows he likes watching...like, oh - I don't know...the Simpson, etc.?

Exactly ... the only TV star in North Korea is the boss ... !!! Period.
