MC7 Error code: ZH.. during installation. How to solve it?

I followed the command center setup procedures. Just when I clicked start to install it, this message popped up:
 
Error code: Unable to install on this operating system. Click ok to exit.
 
I tried on Win 10 and Win 7 as well, and there is the same problem. So I paid for it and get nothing. I emailed a support ticket, but no answer for a week. Can anyone in this forum help?

    Yes. I am in China, so my windows are in Chinese. 
    Sorry, I missed out something in previous post. 
    Error code: ZH..Unable to install on this operating system. Click ok to exit.
    ZH usually means simplified Chinese, I know.
    So, any suggestion?

    you should contact technical support, i don't think there's anything us users can do to help
