[Solved] Command Center Issue

I am getting a prompt to update command center on both of my computers.  On my laptop, I installed CCC and Sonar in mid-January (Lexington update).  On my other computer, it has been awhile.
 
However, the attempt to download the command center update from the prompt makes no progress.  I went to Cake's site and downloaded directly from there, but when I try to run it, it stops responding (noted in task manager) during the "Create Directories" Phase.
 
Anybody else seeing this?  The version is 1.1.4.3 (on the site.)

    Try running the installer as administrator.

    I did and it still failed.
