If you want to change a value in some software but that software hasn't exposed an official way to do it (eg. via automation) then your options are close to zero. There are programs that allow you to hack into the memory space of a running program and alter the values inside, but that program has no way of knowing whether it's changing a VST parameter (like you want it to) or instead changing some part of the graphics, or a timer, or some other counter, or anything at all. People who use this software often take a long time to analyse the program they're trying to modify, trying to spot the part of the data that corresponds to what they want to manipulate.
So unless this is totally mission critical and you can afford to spend a lot of time on it, I would recommend giving up.
