Can someone please help?

Hi everyone,
 
This is probably a really stupid question but I cannot seem to find out how to restore my Ruler Bar.
 
If someone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

    They look like Audiosnap Add to Pool markers or similar.
     
    not sure how you get rid of them as i don't really use AWS

    Yes I think that's how it happened. Is there no one that can tell me how to get rid of it?
