    My first reaction is " Oh bother, yet another modeling Amp". 
    Way out of my price range anyhow. I'm pretty well set up with my 72 Princeton and my Blackstar. Between the 2 I have lot's of options.

    it's right in line with small high end tube amps that only have two channels and about 25 watts...
     
    ie mesa mark5:25, victory, etc....
     
    it's a gigging amp with 600 watts...
     
    i just don't know how it compares to the kemper or axe fx, both of which you have to add another amplifier to for live use..... and both of which cost more than this.
     
    you can't play a very large (or even loud small) venue with a princeton.
