problem: when auto save, it put me on the 1rst track or the last!

is there a way to fix that? im on x3!
i mean, when im working on the 15th track as example, and it start to auto save, ooops im suddenly on the 1rst track or the last. piss me off, i have to go back to 15th to continue my work. 
is there a way to fix that? tx
