After One Clicks Add Track Button, put the New Track in the 'Smart' or Obvious Location

After One Clicks Add Track Button, put the New Track in the 'Smart' or Obvious Location

And what are the 'smart' and 'obvious' locations? Well, take your pick:
1) The track # this button lets me enter, which Cakewalk currently doesn't allow
2) The track right before or after the track I'm on, which Cakewalk currently doesn't allow
 
In a project with >10 tracks, who says I want the new track to be at the bottom every time? Only Cakewalk does. But I don't. So, bottom line, let me, the user, decide where the new track goes and let me choose what the default location is.

    Yes... Every time I create a new track, I have to move it. It's a waste of time.

    Why not just use R-Click > Insert Audio Track ?
