    It's that spare tire that drove it out of control........also that rock should never be there.....it clearly say No Parking.

    I think you ALL have it wrong!  Clearly,   Clearly,   Looks like to me that the rock was used TO CHANGE that tire. There is no evidence of skidding and or accident

    That's enough to rip the suspension really good on the car!
