EZ mix clipping at lower volumen

Hello,
I just purchased EZ Mix from Toontrack and even thou I really like the workflow and nice sound presets I am experiencing a hard time mixing with it.  Before using EZ Mix I used to use Sonar boost 11 and made the whole mix sound bigger and wider with a controlled increase of over all volume.  But compared to EZ Mix it start to cliping very quick and the over all volume is not that high.
I am applying EZ mix to a few instruments (Bass, Guitar, Drums, Keys) and also a master effect and I get lot of clipping.
I keep a close eye to each separate input and output and still there is some pop.
Ave any of you found the similar problems?  I don't think is a hardware problem.
