can you transpose specific measures in sonar X3?

Can you transpose specific measures in sonar X3 as opposed to the entire song?  I have a midi file that modulates up a step half way through the song, but the version I need stayhs in the same key throughout.

    Just select the measures you want to change. The transposition will only apply to the area selected.

    Just to be clear, this refers to using the destructive Process > Transpose  command after selecting the time range (and all tracks, if more than one).

    Sorry, I dont think I asked the question in the right way. My problem is I cannot find an option to select measures.  Whatever i do i only have an option to transpose the entire song. For example if I want to start to tranpose from measure 37 to end of song, where do i find that option?

    Drag in the timeline with snap enabled at Measures or snap to Landmarks with MIDI Notes checked if the MIDI is not quantized.
