Create on the SONAR, one command to change the Tempo of a song or project

Cakewalk Sonar, you must create a command such that: We put the value of the current Tempo of the project and the new Tempo  we want. We click OK and ready !!! We need this command to facilitate our work, because sometimes after recording a music project, we see that it should be faster or slower.
