Integrating Sound Forge within Sonar [SOLVED]

Hi everyone.
I am working on a project that requires lots of wave editing and I would like to be able to select a wave within sonar and open it with Sound forge (have the actual selected wave open,  not just Soundforge)  Does anyone have this working in the latest Sonar? I found the thread below from a few years back with regedits by Mudgel. Just wanted to check if it was still the same before I jump in.

Thanks:)

There's a new tool that makes it even easier to do this. Sorry the search here doesn't work so I can't find the thread. Someone just posted this last week I think.

All done.  Thanks Scook for the utility - you are a legend and Sonar would not be the same without you!
