Audio on old projects sound completely different

I recently moved back to my home town and some old friends wanted a copy of my cd. I didn't have any copies and I somehow misplaced my original master, so I went to make a new master, but all my projects from SONAR 1 Professional sounded completely different (vocals were much higher in pitch, tempos were much faster and effects were all screwed up). I got this message when I first opened up SONAR 1.
File Info: Project file version 10.0.0, authored using SONAR version 19.1.0.351 This file was saved from a more recent software version. It may sound different from the original, if new features were used while authoring it. Overwriting this file with the same name will cause loss of these features.
Does anyone know how to get these projects back to normal? Maybe I could download the old version or something. I spent about a year and a half on this project and I don't want to go back and record all new versions of these songs. PLEASE HELP!!! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help

Your sample/bit rate is different on your interface, change it to what you used originally.

+1 Sample rate. As for the saved with an old version - largely inconsequential.
