Sonar Not Sharing Drivers

Hey Guys...even with the "share driver with other programs" checked, Sonar seems to have a real problem doing that.
If I have Sonar open, and try to access YouTube or some other on-line audio file, it will play until I move my mouse over to Sonar again, and click something. At that point, going back to the online file, there is no sound. I'm using the new Tascam 20x20 interface. I've always had a problem with this, all the way back to X1. At that time, it was a problem with Sony Movie Studio.
Any ideas?

    The "Share Driver" setting in SONAR causes SONAR to stop playing when SONAR does not have focus. Turn the setting off to have SONAR play with or without focus. Usually the "Share Driver" setting in SONAR should be off when running in ASIO driver mode because most other apps like the browser running Youtube do not use the ASIO driver.
