Time ruler mouse cursor position time display ...

Please change the way the mouse cursor position time is displayed on the time ruler so it won't cover the ruler, like in the picture bellow:  http://s16.postimg.org/b1qx91s0l/Sonar_time.jpg

Yeah! This one always bugs me too!

Why not simply nudge it up into the label area?

That font is way too small for older eyes.  Moving the label out of the ruler would help.  But even better, IMO, would be an option to have something like the MIDI microscope/zoom feature.  When I move the mouse into the timeline ruler, blow up the area around the mouse so I can see 1) the actual time and 2) where in the ruler the mouse is.

The solution wouldn't be as simple as the one proposed I don't think. Because that doesn't work if you have multiple rulers. But yeah, it could all be made more readable somehow.
