[CWBRN-48760] Blocking MIDI message type for recording blocks CS plug-ins
As confirmed in several current threads, blocking MIDI message type for recording affect CS plug-ins.
For example, with Pitch Wheel blocked, Mackie Control no longer reacts on faders.
