[SONAR 2016.03] Not a bug - feature request - Dock 'Help' anywhere

I would like to dock 'Help' in the Inspector. It is restricted to the Browser.
Not a big deal.

    I know, but then it won't follow the screenset changes.
     
    The main thing is that I keep the browser small and the inspector long, so I have more space in the inspector.
    That is the default sizes of these Skylight parts.
     
    It's more important on my laptop because the display is smaller.

    Well... I take that back. Even when docked in the browser it doesn't follow the screensets. And 'Help' on screensets reports it will save the floating locations, so I am doubly wrong.
     
    Maybe I need to make new screensets. That seems to be the only way to keep its position.
