Wrong Clips Exposed in Promoted Images (from Lanes)

It used to work.... But now?
 
I have muted V-Vocalized clips on one lane and other active/promoted V-Vocalized clips in another.
 
When I close the Lane View, The exposed clip images now place the muted on top of the acitve...
