    Hi Larry!

The overall vibe of your song is good, and the rhythms and percussion extras are very nice. Here are some thoughts:
    • The lyrics are impossible to understand. You've got to get the vocal to be clearer and a bit more up front.
    • The breaks between the verses are a little long. Unless you are going to do a true bridge or breakdown between verses, I'd suggest shortening that a bit.
    • I didn't hear a chorus? Or are there no verses?
    • The mix is decent, just needs some polish to tighten it up and glue it all together.
With a bit of work, you can have a really nice song here. There's certainly lots of potential.

    Regards,
    Dan

I'd agree, nice vibe. Vocal quality is smooth, but I also can't hear they lyrics, unless it's Portuguese in which case that all makes sense now.

I got fatigued on the snare sample, sounded like a ripping bedsheet. I'd lose that one.

Beyond that, you've got a lot of elements pretty well mixed. Would have liked to hear more bass guitar.

    Welcome, keep it up, man!

    cheers,
    -Tom

Nice vibe and arrangement and certainly has potential. I also liked the string introduction whether this was sampled or played from samples it came across well. It would be nice if this could come in again somewhere during the track maybe as an outro.

I couldn't however hear/understand any of the lyrics as they seemed to be buried in the mix some how. I would also lay off that snare a bit, although I believe it may have a place in the song structure. Maybe have it during the guitar instrumentals with the volume dropped slightly and drop it completely during the vocal parts. Gain staging could be your friend here.

Thanks for the feedback. It's a work in progress and I'll consider all suggestions. I'm not sure what's going on with the lyrics as I can hear them clearly on everything I've listened on...iPad, PC, car etc. I'll certainly rethink that snare.

Love the overall sound, it's warm and groovy. Yeah, I don't understand the lyrics either, but the truth is, I never understand lyrics without a lyric sheet. I kind of wanted to hear more vocals (and melodic variety) happening in the song though, have the tune tell more of a story, but you know, everything is fair in music. This is very cool.

Great groove and nice clear mix. Do you intend to have a rap in the 'verse' section?
