checking status of Cakewalk Technical Support Cases

How can I check the status of Technical Support Cases that I have submitted?

I don't know how long I should expect to wait for a reply to each, but I entered a few about 10 days ago and have not received a reply other than the original acknowledgement.

Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, this page says that I have no outstanding reports, even though I received email acknowledgements for Cakewalk Technical Support Cases # 313766 and 313717 when I first submitted them.

Perhaps a "Cakewalk Technical Support Case" is different than a "Problem Report?" If this is so, then my question on how to track my "Cakewalk Technical Support Cases" still stands.

A problem report uses number generated with a CWBRN prefix. I do not believe there is a user visible tracking system for technical support requests. I usually recommend on phone support where possible. There is a new scheduling procedure for phone support https://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Phone

You are right, it's a misconception of Scook here talking about Problem Reports.
    Support cases is something else.

It would be a good thing with ticket based support system where you can enter just like Problem Reports, and just add further things into dialog. Avid, Presonus, TC Electronic and Focusrite has such systems.

So if later improving on email support after phone callback support is implemented this kind of system would really be helpful.

There's a new tech support system on the way according to an email I got recently.  Sorry I can't quote it but I'm sure others have received the same email.  Sounded like you'd be able to request a particular Cake tech among other things.

I have one from 2nd February this year - it (still) says Status "New - not yet reviewed by Cakewalk", so it looks like a waste of effort to me.
