slow plugins

hi everyone, i hope the thread description is good enough, this is what's happening, i also attached a screen shot if that will help.
it seems when i want to do most things I.E. add a plugin while the song is playing there is a slight delay before it loads, it's not much of a delay, however, as you can see i'm not running a lot of things at the same time, this is a new computer and i should have lots of RAM or whatever it is.  i just looked at my profile and i have updated it with the new computer specs.
i hope the screenshot worked, please let me know if there is any more information you may need.

Hi. I would probably update Windows first. On my laptop I am running version 1511 (OS build 10586.164). Hope it helps.

You need to upload your screenshot to somewhere like flickr, get the link code and paste it into your message
