Support Policy changes - "...known issues..." - a welcome change

"Web page alerts when known issues arise"

I hope this means what I think it means.

Too often I spend hours putting together a recipe to reproduce a bug, only to find it stays ignored forever.

I never know whether this is because the Bakers think it's not worth fixing, too hard to fix, gonna be replaced by something new soon, or I am the 20th person to report the same bug...?

A web page of known issues would have saved me man-days of work.
