Trouble Getting Into "Sonar Resources and Utilities"

I try to get to the thread, but every time I click the link it just brings me back to the Software forum. Anyone else having a problem getting into this? I tried FF and Edge.

    Its happened a few times tbh.. seems whenever I add or edit items it dissapears... until a mod kindly restores it
    Karyn mentioned that Mudgel's original thread had the same problem..
