SOLVED Source for parts for a Roland Octa Capture (other than Roland)

The headphone jack on my Octa-Capture is defective (went bad during a recording session yesterday).  Roland (or their service centers) will not sell (or doesn't have) a replacement.  I've looked on the web and couldn't come up with a satisfactory replacement.  I tried a panel mount jack, mounted to the front panel, but it is too big as the I/O board the jack is mounted on (with the jack removed) blocks the front panel with a standard Switchcraft jack.

I have a temporary workaround with a switch that allows the rear panel "monitor" outputs to be switched between the headphone distribution amp and the studio monitors.

Anyone have any suggestions for a replacement?

Thanks/Jack

I was able to find that the jack is a Jalco PJ3-3A but no US source.

Problem solved, at least for now.  I have a Focusrite VRM box that has only seen a short lived life and then put up to "collect dust".  The headphone jack in the VRM box is identical to the one in the Octa-Capture.  "Jack's salvage" in operation and VRM headphone jack was robbed and installed in the Octa-Capture.  Octa-Capture is now fully operational.

Roland are dirt bags. A 50 cent part shouldn't cripple a very expensive piece of "professional" grade equipment. I think there's actually laws about how long manufacturers have to provide spare parts. Most off-shore manufacturers are guilty of this, at least from my experience trying to get parts to fix gear.

Don't get me started on replacement parts.  I had a Focusrite Saffire Pro 40 and the AC power switch went out.  Focusrite's USA repair center (3rd party) did not have the part and would have to order it from England but would take at least a month.  I had a temporary switch wired in and finally a person from Focusrite, in England, saw my comments about that on the Gearslutz forum and sent me a replacement.

I've ran into other problems with proprietary parts over the years and even in the early 70's when I worked as an amp repair tech, in Nashville.  I was the Ampeg factory repair tech and had no problem with Ampeg parts but also serviced other brands and some of them were tough.  Standell was one that put proprietary part numbers on transistors and then would not provide any cross reference.
