WHen I try to click the "account support" link... it takes me back to the you initially provided. Dead end loop, no help, no account support anything, I called sweetwater to see if they can get through and you even disconnected their contact number for you.
I have been a Cakewalk user since version 1!! 20 years? what is going on with support? I paid for a product I can't use because your new registration didn't sync to the old and you disconnected all your tech support phone numbers and your knowledge base is a useless loop.
Please look up my name, fix your database, its been the same for 20 years of registering products with you and HELP, trying to run a studio here. I already emailed you the information, it would be nice to see a confirmation that you received it
