Session Drummer notes and which part of the kit they correspond to.

Just like the title says. I'm trying to use Session Drummer to replace some bad tom sounds and I know how to do the process, I just can't figure out which damn notes correspond \ to what.  This is SO ANNOYING!  I can't even find a list anywhere online.
 
The only thing I DO know, is that C3 = kick drum.  That's great, but I don't need that.  What is the fricken notes for the toms?!  
 
What are the notes for the floor toms?  
 
What about the snare? 
 
Shouldn't there be some list somewhere?  This has become beyond ridiculous.

    It is in the SD3 help file in the "Using the drum pads" section
    The note bindings are also shown in the context menu for each instrument in both Drumkit and Mixer views of the SD3 UI.

    I'm must be blind because of how angry I am, I do not see any documentation.  I have searched in both online and offline help sections with no luck.  So maybe it's just not meant to be.

    Try clicking in the body of the plug-in UI then pressing the F1 key for plug-in specific online help.

    What I do, which is totally wrong but....
     
    I open piano roll and run my mouse up and down the keyboard on the left of the prv until I hear what I want then that exposes the note number as well as the grid where I am to place notes.
     
    That's what happens when you are self taught by groping around.

    Session Drummer is General Midi isn't it? So any GM map will tell you

    And depending whee you set the otave in Customize\display is what note you will see in a midi track. Like the OP's C3 is C1 on my machine. I have -2 in my octave #. just the way I have done things since midi in the late 80's-. Old habit.

    There are some non-GM parts to Session Drummer. The documentation is the authoritative source. The plug-in is one of the few which implements the VST opcode to display instrument names in the PRV. Toggling between the default names and numbers is another way to see the entire map for Session Drummer. The number to instrument map is not changed by the base octave display setting.

    Snare, in your case would be D3 for accoustic snare and E3 for electric snare. Just google a general midi drum map -and print it out.

    Hey Scook-I don't think there is for the Basic GM though. I could be wrong of course Nice to see you again. See is, well, you know :-)
