How to get new sounds/patches

I have used Sonar for years, but am new to soft synths.
I have been looking for a "concert grand piano" sound/patch in Dimension LE and some of the other soft synths, but could not find any.
Is there such a sound?  If not, is there a way to import new sounds?
Again, I am new to this area of Sonar, so help is most appreciated.

    i am not sure about dimension le, but with the full dimension pro you can get many addon sound libraries from the likes of digital sound factory etc, these may or may not work with le version i do not know. of course today you can get many alternatives which will be much better and depending on what you are willing to pay as to the quality. many reasonably priced from the likes of toontrack, xln and many others are very reasonably sounding, depends on the quality you desire

    The "Yamaha Grand HD" is really great, and works perfectly with Dimension LE...
