How Do I Re-Install Sonar

In my Installed Programs (Control Panel) Sonar X3 Producer is listed. Since I bought into the upgrade program, however, Sonar Platinum is showing on my desktop. I've been having a lot of problems, uninstalling Native Instruments and XLN (Addictive Drummer 2), and reinstalling them, getting the same hard crashes. 
 
The only thing I haven't tried is uninstalling and reinstalling Sonar itself. Can I simply uninstall Producer X3 through the Control Panel and reinstall via Cakewalk's Command Center? Or is there a better/safer way?

    go to http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Knowledge-Base and search for "Clean Install"

    Since a recent upgrade on my PC, I have not been able to use Sonar Artist. Is it a simple solution such as installing it again?

    What kind of upgrade  ?

    Windows 8.1 X64 Sonar Platinum x64
    Custom built: Asrock z97 1150 - Intel I7 4790k - 16GB corsair DDR3 1600 - PNY SSD 220GB
    Focusrite Saffire 18I8 - Mackie Control
