Confused by Snap setting
It's always done this, and always confounded me, but I finally decided to ask about it:
Why, when I enable the Snap setting in track view, does it usually change to some other setting? For example, the Snap button while disabled may read, 1/1, but then when I enable it it changes to, say, 1/32. Completely confusing and most irritating. I have the Smart Mode turned off. That whole snap thing is poorly designed.
- Why does right-clicking on the snap settings button allow you to change Smart Mode, which is actually represented by a different button?
- Why are there two different buttons to click on at all?
- How does a circle represent "Smart Mode"?
- Why did they make the TO and BY toggle labels so tiny and hard to read?
