Has anyone had this problem in the Track View

I'm using Sonar Platinum, line 6 ux2 and Pod farm.  When I record my guitar going into the instrument input of the ux2 the recording plays back okay but the wave in the track isn't much more than a straight line.  The meters on the ux2 show a strong signal.  It was suggested that I get a direct box and input through the mic input on the ux2.  That didn't make any difference.  If I do anything to boost the signal going in to the ux2, it will register more in the track but it starts to distort.  I've gone through the audio inputs and outputs and looked at all levels in the device manager.  I've reinstalled the ux2 drivers.  Any thoughts?

Zoom the track scale by dragging up in the divider between the header and the clips pane. If the waveform remains a flatline, it might be a problem with the picture file that SONAR uses to draw the waveform, and you should try right-clicking the clip and choosing Associated Audio Files > Recompute Pictures.

If there is a waveform showing, where is it peaking on the scale compared to what the track meter shows for peaks with Gain and Volume controls set to 0dB, and how does that compare to  the UX2's input/output meters (not sure if it has both)?

Wow!  That was easy.  I should have known that.  I've using Cakewalk/Sonar for years.  Thanks.
