Perefect Space?

Hey! I just recently went to reach for the Perfect Space Conv. Reverb and noticed it was missing. Has this been replaced or is it in a different location that Sonar didn't recognize?

PerfectSpace was dropped after X3. The SONAR Professional and Platinum include a PC module "REmatrix Solo" convolution reverb.

perfect space was getting dated. I also prefer Rematrix.
with that being said, I am fond of some of the older plug ins in sonar like the Sonitus bundle
so those plugs ins have their place (even perfect space) it was a nice plug in but I think youll find Rematrix is a better option.

Awesome. Evidently if I haven't reached for it since X3 I won't miss it to much. Gonna try the ReMatrix out! Thanks!

It should still be available if you left X3 on your system. Was this a clean install?

Yep. Just did a complete system roll back to factory setup. Had to reinstall everything for 3 days! Ugh! Much faster now though.

I did a clean install of Sonar Platinum on a new machine about a month ago, and as far as I can remember, I just copied the Perfect Space .dll from my old machine and then into the Cakewalk vst directory. I know this won't work with all plugins, but it was fine with Perfect Space, which I guess doesn't have any absolute data paths or anything created by the installer. BTW, I believe that Perfect Space is really a version of Voxengo's Pristine Space Lite with a different GUI. I actually own that too, although there is an newer version of it now. So Perfect Space isn't really all that necessary, but there were a lot of good impulses that came with it that I also copied over to my new system also. At any rate, it's a great plugin, IMO. Tweakability is awesome.

My problem with rematrix is that you can't organize user impulses. When you import them, it just adds them all to one big menu, and I've got hundreds of them, so it's a mess to find what I'm looking for.
