    Hey, I like some of your jazz chord changes! The song has a nice feel in spots.
     
    You have some spots also where the timing seems off to my ears, I'll just point out :38 - :44 to give you an example, if you listen closely the fretless bass, piano, and drums with delay, are all doing their own thing, timing-wise.
     
    If you are going for tight timing, I'd give it some more work. If you want a loose, jammy, just hangin' out kind of feel, you are there as it is.
