New LP EQ and MB Comp in SPLAT...where are they??

Just managed to upgrade to the latest SPLAT (had to do it manually as my CC no longer workie).  Also installed the latest core plugs which, I think, includes the new Linear Phase EQ and MultiBand Comp.  So...where are they?? they don't show up in my ProChannel modules or the SPLAT specific plugin list.

    They are VST3 plugins. 

    Sonar Platinum, 64 bit, win 7 pro - 64 bit

    Well...they don't show up in the VST3 plugin list in the Plugin Manager (or the ProChannel plugins) and I don't have a clue as to what or where the "engineering suite" is.  
     
    I hardly ever use the ProChannel or any of Sonar's plugs...but I'd like to give them a whirl.

    Engineering Suite FX is a separate download under Sonar in your account in the store.
    (just like local documentation is a separate download)
