Mouse Double Click Settings In Sonar Platinum?
Does anyone know if there is an adjustment in Sonar settings, for mouse double click speed? I know there are settings in Windows control panel, but they don't seem to affect mouse clicks inside Sonar. Many times , when I click a track (audio or midi) to bring it into focus, I'm getting the relevant editor instead, as if I did a double mouse click on the track.

I am not aware of any mouse settings in Sonar separate from what windows gives you. I also find myself getting the loop editor a lot when trying move clips around. For now I just close the loop editor and continue on. Sorry not to be any help

Thanks for the response. That's pretty much what I've been doing, but I spend a lot of time, just closing edit windows when working with clips. I don't recall this being such a hassle in the past, which is why I thought that maybe I had changed a setting somewhere.

You can change what double click does in SONAR, which may negate the issue you're having.
In the track view go to Options > Click Behavior > Double Click. You can set it to nothing or alternative views.

Does anyone know how to enlarge and reduce tracks in track view without having to drag it? Older versions of Cakewalk/Sonar had a widget you could click on.

Looks like I may have to set the behavior to "Do Nothing". Kind of a waste, but as soon as I click a clip to highlight it, the editor opens. That's worse.

I'd recommend trying a different mouse first. There is a known phenomenon with electrical switches called "contact bounce" that can develop for a variety of reasons. Living in an environment near the ocean or in a polluted area can hasten this; unfortunately mouse contacts are not made of titanium

I'll pick up a new mouse this weekend, and give it a try.
