A quick way to remove all CC Lanes on PRV and just leave one CC lane visible.

If you open a track with lot's of controllers with the PRV, you pretty much cannot make any edits to those controllers.

Can the bakers make a button available somewhere on the PRV to remove all CC lanes and just leave one visible (possible the velocity lane or a user configurable lane).

At the moment, you have to remove the lanes one by one.  This is very tedious if you use lot's of controllers on tracks.

It would also be good if this view (that of just one controller lane visible) could be remembered next time PRV is opened.

I like...    I'm picturing something like a "cc lane picker" dialog with check boxes for the cc's to display, and then a lock icon so that whenever the PRV is opened for that track (or clip?) the same cc(s) display.

Couldn't you convert the CC lanes to separate automation tracks? That's what I've been doing on busy tracks. Works great!

I've been asking for this for about 18 months now.    Dan Cumpian, the automation envelope idea is fine for ONE track, but when you use a group of related tracks  AS YOU PRETTY MUCH MUST TO SEE MULTIPLE ARTICULATIONS FOR MANY SAMPLE LIBRARIES then working in track view is too clumsy and you need to work in PRV view.

Also, Dan, for a big project, many tracks with many controllers, you have to convert them to envelopes one at a time?   (Maybe there's a faster way for this step, since I don't do it?)

The other thing that Craig (who always advocates using envelopes instead of midi controllers) fails to mention is that when you convert midi CC to an envelope you get unwanted transitions:    when you have midi CC 1 at 0 and want it at zero until you change it to 127, and then convert to an envelope, you get a ramp:   the equivalent of a steadily rising midi cc value.     COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what's wanted.
