Win10 update alert

This is probably the wrong forum, but I got the "you need some updates" notification yesterday, and since I've loved Win10 and had no problems before I did the update.  It changed my computer I.D.,cleaned my cookies and zapped my trusty "restore point" and all my authorizations for XLN/Spectrasonics/NI/IK (note to self, must check Melodyne) software.

I think Microsoft has already yanked the update, because I reverted immediately to the previous update, and this morning I tried to see if there was a fixed version before I re-authed everything and I got a "files cannot be downloaded" message.

The good news is all my CW stuff works.  The 1st thing I checked was DimPro/Rapture because I've re-auth them probably 10 times, but they're fine.

So all this free time I've had and I'm still re-authing.  Happy Memorial Day guys.

What version of Win 10 are you running.  When I run Winver it reports Version 1511 OS Build 10586.318

I just ran a major W10 update two days ago, and apart from a couple of minor things all seems fine...

I try to stay current with Windows. I too have the same version as Wookiee. I do not have any problems.

That's the version I reverted to, and the "update" isn't working today, it says "we'll try again later".  I guess I'm the only one that hit this?
