Missing Rapture Pro
I just downloaded and installed Sonar Platinum2016.05 x64 and Rapture Pro, and I can't find RPro in any of my VST folders. My Command Center is set to put VSTs in the VST folder on my C: drive, but I moved all my VST folders (except the "Program Files>Cakewalk>VST Plugins" folder, which I hadn't gotten to yet) out of there because I like to keep VSTs and another drive. My Rapture and Rapture Session (which I don't remember getting) are in that folder, but I can't find R Pro anywhere. I've searched for all instances of "Rapture" and "Rapture Pro" on all disks and no go. Where could it have gone, and how do I tell Sonar how to find it?

Hi. I do not think that moving .dll's is the way to go around this. I would do a verbose install (via CCC), and choose where you want to put your stuff. Or download and install from your account, as this will give you the standard install options. After installing, do a vst scan. All the best.

Zargg: Please excuse me if I may not have read the download instructions completely, but what do you mean by a "verbose install"?

Verbose install gives you more options to where you want to install things. In Cakewalk Command Center, click on the gear icon on the top right. In there, you will have options to change default paths to some things, under the two different tabs. Hope it helps. All the best.

Zargg71: Bingo. I followed your first suggestion and RPro got installed and seems to work perfectly. Thank you for the help. One related question. If I move my now-huge number of samples, multisamples etc to another disk, how do I tell RPro where to find them? Thanx again for the info. WT
