Cannot open SONAR LE

I'm trying to open Sonar LE, but it isn't finishing the process. I have it installed, I have my device registered and it's driver installed. What do I do now? Somebody please help!

    Welcome to the forum!
    Some info is needed. Are you running 64 or 32 bit system? Which OS? What version of LE? Does the installed version match the OS bit rate?
    Do you get any error messages? Is the LE a download or a hard copy that came with an interface, for example?

    SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
