Platinum Instrument Collection update issue

I've tried to update the Platinum Instrument Collection a few times now over the last 2 years or so, and I'm having a problem IDK how to solve (easily). Since I installed SONAR version whatever way back whenever, I've been through a new DAW computer or 2 and have changed the way I configure my drives. Apparently, I used to have RXP content on the F: drive, and that doesn't exist on my system anymore. When CCC (or whichever program is handling the install) tried to write to the F;\Cakewalk directory, is gives me an error that it can't do so. I have to abort the install, or Ignore-button through hundreds of individual samples to get to the next instrument, whatever that is.

I've tried to go into RXP and look for an option to change the drive destination, but there don't seem to be ANY options for that instrument. I know I could dig into disk management and create a small F: partition somewhere, but I really don't want to do this, especially for an instrument I'll probably never use. I can't find an .ini file anywhere for it either. Anybody else come up against this? What did you do? Thanks

There is a global "content" path. This is most easily changed through the CCC settings. Look for the paths tab and the content field. If you don't use the CCC, you may have to do an advanced install (of Sonar) and look for the "content" path setting.

Thanks. I tried that, and it was already set to C:\Cakewalk Content, where I want everything to be. I couldn't find the RXP files in there though ...

So I went ahead and did the create-an-F-drive workaround, I figure they're not gonna update this thing more than once every couple years (if ever again), so I just did it to get the problem solved and then repartitioned. Funny thing is - after I deleted the F drive, the RXP plugin is still reading the content just fine from the C: Cakewalk Content folder! Computers are weird.
